I’m David, a Chichester wedding photographer. I cover weddings in beautiful venues across the south of England and beyond. I’m passionate about creating authentic, emotive imagery that tells the unique story of your wedding day – from the quiet, intimate moments to the big celebrations with friends and family.

My style blends documentary photography with creative portraiture, ensuring your images are not only timeless but truly reflect the atmosphere and emotion of your day. Whether you’re tying the knot in a grand historic venue, a countryside barn, or a seaside retreat, I’ll be there to document every detail, all while making sure you feel at ease in front of the camera.

My job on your wedding day is to capture the emotion, love, laughter and everything else that happens over the course of the day. This is what a good documentary photographer does naturally. I won’t ask you to pose in cliched positions, throw confetti on cue or make you stand for hours in formal groups away from all the fun of your wedding day.  Instead I will be there from start to finish, quietly capturing all of the important moments and funny little things that happen, the spirited exchanges between your families and friends, and tell the story of your utterly unique wedding day. 

I always feel so privileged to be trusted to document people’s weddings – they really are one of the best days of your life (I know, I’m married!).  When you are both old and drinking gin in your slippers, I hope my photographs will transport you back to your beautiful wedding day as if it were yesterday.
